Whether eating in the Statlite Ballroom, the Dining Area or the Party Loft, all food is prepared on-site by our staff of culinary experts. The menu varies but generally consists of the following types of dinners. Country Style This is a sit down meal that is served at the table on China dishes. You may have seconds. Platter This is a sit down meal that is also served at the table on China dishes. Only one serving per person. Buffet - Hot or Cold Serve yourself and watch the food disappear. Paper or plastic plates are provided at the buffet table. Sure, you can have seconds. Catering facilities available for every occasion.

For any type of barrel beer than is listed above, what you order is what you pay for.
