THE STARLITE BALLROOM is an elegant dining and dancing area with chandeliers and a rotating starlite mirrored ball suspended from the ceiling that reflects a myriad of colors on dancers and diners alike. The 4,000 square foot ballroom with a 30' x 60' dance floor can seat 350 people. Located between four draped windows is a bandstand which is an ideal entertainment center for live music or a DJ. Access to the entire area is through a private entrance that faces the parking lot. A handicapped ramp is in the front of the building and provides access to the Starlite Ballroom. THE BAR AREA is adjoined to the Starlite Ballroom, carpeted an features a rectangular oak trimmed bar. High back stools provide an area where congeniality and good spirits combine. The Bar Area can be isolated from the Starlite Ballroom by sliding partitions or from the Dining Area by a drape. The Bar Area seats 30 people. The STARLITE BALL ROOM rental fee is $400.00 for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Weekday rentals are $300.00. Wedding Rentals are $500.00. Accommodations for Approximately 100-300 people 250 comfortably for weddings). More if a dance floor is not needed. Our beautiful STARLITE BALL ROOM as well as our PARTY LOFT and DINING ROOM are available for rental to hold your special function providing we don't already have prior or conflicting booking that day. All rentals include normal set-up, clean-up, bartender(s), waitress(es), and doorman. Staff requirement and scheduling will be determined by us after we discuss details of your event with you. All the rooms are air conditioned if necessary. Paper covers are provided for the tables. The dining room tables are linen covered at all times. Linens for the ball room party loft can be provided by our linen service upon request. Rentals may run up to midnight. Average rentals are 6 hours from door opening time to closing time. An extra rental fee is charged after midnight. I is $25.00 per hour plus wages of all employees working the affair after midnight. Signed contracts along with deposits will initiate a booking.
